I have heard many members complain that when they respond to a HomeAdvisor lead, they aren’t the first. At this past EP, one of your fellow members suggested having someone in their call center keep the HomeAdvisor App open on their phone, or the dashboard open on their web browser. Leads are received quicker through the app than when they come through email. This little quick tip can help you be the first to respond.

Bonus Quick Tip: If you are using Chrome, you can even set up Chrome to auto-refresh the dashboard every 30 seconds to keep it constantly updated.
