How to Effectively Manage Your Managers—SGI Panel with Miki Stone and Lynn Tomasek of Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric

Today’s show features another SGI Monthly Member Panel. These are interactive, LIVE programs where an SGI coach joins Host Bob Houchin and other SGI members to discuss a particular topic. This Monthly Member Panel featured Lynn Tomasek of Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric in metro-area Denver, Colorado, and Miki Stone, an SGI Coach, who had previously run several large residential home-services companies prior to coming to SGI a little more than a year ago. They discuss “How to Effectively Manage Your Managers.” This is a topic we hear often at SGI, especially as so many members are rapidly growing and adding layers of management to their teams. Managing managers is a different animal than managing technicians, salespeople, or call-center people. This was an exceptional conversation—and an insightful one. Lynn is an exceptional operator of Brothers—and Miki has an incredible amount of experience in running highly profitable home-services companies. This is a must listen for owners and GMs trying to get the very most out of their management teams.
