This Monthly Member Panel featured Abe Brooks, A Brooks KangaRoof®, Dave Hill, Express Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Missy Jonesfrom our own Success Group International. Among the four of us, we discussed, “Creating & Protecting Company Culture.” At SGI, we talk and train member contractors about how to become operationally excellent—and that’s hugely important, for obvious reasons. However, this is a people business. When we have spent so much time and energy into finding and developing the right people to run and lead our businesses, it’s vital that we keep them. We keep great people by having a great place to work and by having a great company culture.
