It doesn’t matter what your trade: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or roofing. You’re in the residential service business, and more specifically, you’re in the comfort business. You provide for people in a way that they can enjoy their residence that much more! Too often, we and our people lose sight of that very rudimentary point.
During this session, we’ll take a look at how we provide comfort for homeowners, and we’ll dive into why that fact always seems so ambiguous. In doing so, we’ll help you help your people realize that ultimately they’re not in the home to fix something or replace something; your people are in that residence to increase comfort. Often, that means offering additional products and services your people might otherwise forget… if they weren’t interested in helping that person maximize his/her comfort.
