You have a bunch on your plate as the owner of a contracting company. Your responsibilities are increased even more if you assume the role of GM. The most successful owners and GMs share one very common trait—flexibility.
You must be flexible in your position as owner and GM. You need to keep a 30,000-foot view of your company while also handling many day-to-day details—and you must be able to juggle without becoming overwhelmed. Each week you should closely monitor your key-performance indicators (KPIs), manage your people and any issues that arise, and constantly recruit and seek new team members—and you should do it all while keeping a smile on your face and instilling confidence in your team. That’s a lot of work!
Your SGI team understands that being flexible is difficult. During this session, there will be a review of the many facets you should regularly monitor in your business.
