$1,311,077.51 in rebates were…processed by SGI Partner Network last week. SGI Partner Network mailed out rebate remittance letters and checks last Thursday for our first rebate payment. We were able to process 2017 Q3-rebate payments in 5 months vs. 6 ½ months it took for Q2 2017.
There were 3 Partners that weren’t able to have their rebate payment to us in time of processing, but will be included with your 2017 Q4 payment. We are beginning the Discrepancy Process, which identifies member-reported purchases that were greater than what SGI Partner paid on. This is why it’s imperative for every member to report so that we can identify discrepancies. If a member doesn’t report, we have no way of knowing you purchased products or services from a Partner.
We’ll work to resolve discrepancies as quickly as possible, so that you can be properly be paid. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to anyone on the SGI Partner Network Team.
