As you know, the hunt for top talent is tough, and several members have reached out to SGI with concerns about having the names of their top performers listed for everyone to see. In response to those concerns, we’ve taken the step to limit the visibility of winners’ full names outside of their company. Rest assured, you’ll have full visibility of where your performers place on the Scoreboard through your HUB login, so your team report will always show your winners’ names to you, but not to the outside world. We hope that limits any concerns about participating on the Scoreboard and giving your top performers recognition they deserve!
