It was incredible to see so many of you at Expo last month—and there were many… Almost 1,500 people were in attendance, which was a record. We’ve received countless emails and phone calls saying it was one of the best Expos we’ve had. That warms my heart…

My team and I work every day with your success in mind. It’s what motivates us to continue to make each Expo better than the last. We’ve been able to do that thanks to your participation and feedback. That’s why I’m writing you today…

You received a survey from Gallup last week. It should only take you 3 minutes! Please, take that small bit of time to answer it honestly. We can only get better at serving you if you’re open about what we need to do to improve.
