Everyone reading this has had a struggling employee, who used to be a superstar at one point. Maybe a salesperson has hit a cold streak? Maybe a CCRs booking percentage has dropped to unacceptable levels? Or maybe you have a tech whose attitude has soured? What do you do in these situations?
Most managers do one of two things: They fire these people immediately… But that means you now must find a suitable replacement.
