What You Need to Know
- As a reminder: LA Total Access is $119/week (for a limited time), and LA Live (only) is just $79/week.
- LA Total Access requires a 30-day cancellation, after the first 6 months of use (if you have sent someone to immersion training). If you have not used immersion training, 5-day notification will suffice.
- If you’ve registered for a class but can no longer attend, we ask that you cancel within 10 business days of the scheduled class. If you cancel late, there is a fee of $250.
- LA Live subscription cancellations require a 5-day written notification.
- You may send up to 3 employees to any one training class at a time to allow other members the opportunity to attend that training session.
- LA LIVE weekly training is focused on driving sales for your sales and technician teams.
- $119/week (US dollars, the same as it is today for training).
- If a member has a cash credit for a future class, they will be refunded.
- If a member has a referral credit, their weekly payments will be DEFERRED, and the referral credit will be applied first.
