Paying Your People at 10:30am and the Paying Your People Panels at 1:30pm
With nearly 1,500 people here this week in San Antonio, there are a number of frontline employees registered to attend the Paying Your People sessions on Thursday. If you’re an owner or manager, you should be there, but your frontline people should not. We want to make these sessions an environment where you can openly discuss the topic of compensation and ask questions to our HR expert, Rachel Comella. To create that environment, we’re asking that only owners and key managers attend these sessions on Thursday.
Your team is welcome to join you for lunch and for the afternoon breakouts starting at 3:15 pm.
Special Sessions for Frontline Employees: Also, on Friday, your teams should attend the frontline employee sessions at the Convention Center in Hemisfair Ballrooms 1, 2, and 3, while owners and managers should plan to attend both sessions of Managing Expectations, Performance, and Results, in the Texas Ballroom in the Grand Hyatt.
