Your Recap of a Great Expo in Phoenix!

Your Phoenix Expo recently came to a conclusion, and it was an incredible week full of new information and insight to help you build even greater success in your business.  Fortunately, you can catch up on most of the action in the coming weeks on your AirTime website – www.airtime500.com.

While watching the sessions will certainly be helpful, nothing can replace the experience Expo provides.  That’s why you’re urged make plans to join us at your next AirTime Expo in Las Vegas, March 4-8!  (And Focus on the Future will be on the 9th!)  Expos are something that are best experienced—not watched.  Being in those meeting rooms and around other contractors is the best and fastest way to become successful.

In the meantime, here’s a brief synopsis on what transpired in Phoenix:

Replacement Sales… There’s an App for That!

Your AirTime team developed a Home Comfort Guide Android App for your tablet to use in the home!  It will serve as a great communication tool, and it will help you stand apart from the other contractors in your market!  When you incorporate this new tool in your business, it will do nothing but benefit your sales team!  You will definitely want to re-watch the video of this presentation so you can see the app in action!

Success Academy Day: Creating an Amazing Team Experience!

At your last Expo and Success Academy Day, you walked away with numerous ideas on how you can increase your customer service experience.  You discovered how to go above and beyond even more so than you already were.  During this Expo’s Success Academy Day, Rebecca Cassel shared how you can generate an amazing “team” experience within your company.  In other words, she explained how you can offer a workplace where people can’t wait to go to every day.  She explained how to foster an exceptional company culture, help turn your employees into people who want and can lead, and as a result, company goals will be reached and surpassed!  This was part one of a two-part series for leaders and managers!  Be sure to catch the second part in Las Vegas!

Superstar Service Management: A Day in the Life of a Superstar Service Manager!

Not only are your field employees your revenue generators; they’re the face of your company.  Your technicians are who your customers see, and it’s those individuals who they think about when they think of you.  In other words, they’re extremely important to your success!  Consequently, you need a service manager who understands how to maximize their performance.  During this session, strategies, tips, and trade secrets from some of the top service managers in the contracting industry were shared.  And actionable steps to help your service manager be exactly what your techs and you need for everyone to be highly successful were provided!

Roundtable Sessions Lead to a Bounty of Innovative Ideas!

Your fellow AirTime members participated in the first ever roundtable discussions at Expo.  A series of the most pressing issues facing the industry were topics, and groups of five and six of your fellow members brainstormed for 30-minute sessions on how to conquer them.  At the end of the session, the very best ideas throughout the room were shared.  Your fellow members left with dozens of unique actionable strategies that they could implement in their businesses to be more successful.  It was a rousing success!

Guest Speaker: Stan Slap!

Stan was creating success in companies long before he ever climbed on a stage to talk about it. Your fellow members heard the same thought leadership given to many of the world’s top organizations. And they heard it in a way that inspired them to take immediate action.  Stan is consultant of choice to many of today’s biggest, smartest, and most demanding companies. His commitment to results is the same, be it a custom strategic plan or a keynote speech. His speech was a wild affair—a non-stop combination of information and entertainment.  He was absolutely incredible to listen to in Phoenix!

Guest Speaker: Walter Bond!

A former NBA athlete, Walter rose from being a reserve player coming off the bench to become the first rookie-free agent to start for the Dallas Mavericks. This astonishing journey provides the foundation for the principles he teaches to help empower people in their own personal journey. Today he is recognized as one of the world’s preeminent experts on personal accountability. Walter has impacted hundreds of thousands of people in his rapid rise to the top of the speaking industry.  And he shared his message with our fellow members in a gripping, memorable, and inspiring way.
