  • Establish a strong foundation, starting with your culture and vision.
  • Learn to measure employee engagement.
  • Create an atmosphere of collaboration with your team.
  • Empower your team to take ownership.
  • Understand individual motivation at work.

By the time you leave Tuesday afternoon, you will have a complete action plan for managing yourself and leading others to improved results. In addition, you will be more effective at communicating direction and inspiring your people to believe in your business objectives while achieving them.

Learning Alliance Day: Time Management

On Wednesday of Expo, April 11th, be sure to attend Learning Alliance Day! Absolutely free training on an extremely important topic as a business owner: Time Management. Why does it seem we never have enough time, and why do we feel like we waste our day rushing from one emergency to the next? The answer lies in our daily lives. With increased demands on our time—from work, family life, technology, and other activities—it feels like our time is not our own. The key is to budget our time well—then make the most of it. In this workshop, we will learn to clarify and prioritize your objectives and goals while adopting appropriate strategies for dealing with interruptions—and anything else that “steals” your time. We will work on improving your time-management skills, so you can start to feel more in control and less stressed.
