Once the technician installs a new garbage disposal, or does any type of drain work, they bring a bottle of BioSmart into the house and pour a capful down the drain. Nothing is ever mentioned to the customer prior to giving the treatment, but the customer will always ask: “What is that?” This almost always leads to a sale.”
