This CSR Sets the Stage for Add-on Sales

A BioSmart sale can start with the initial call, and the CSR.   This is a golden opportunity for you to introduce the BioSmart.    Understanding a company’s product or service makes it easier for representatives to answer customer questions.

Valerie from Sal Manzo Plumbing in Wantagh, NY proves just that:
